1. Digital Products Policy

Our reports (Janam Kundali, Kundali Matching, Marriage Biodata) are digital, non-tangible goods that are generated instantly via computational algorithms upon successful payment.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a gateway error.
• Technical Failure: If the system fails to generate your PDF and our technical team is unable to deliver it within 24 hours.
• Payment Deducted but Order Not Created: Automatic refund within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued for incorrect birth details entered by the user, or personal dissatisfaction with astrological predictions, as calculations are strictly algorithmic and delivered instantly.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@majhikundali.in with your Payment ID, registered email, and issue description. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
